In the world of magical creatures, Dragons, Fairies, Trolls, Elves, Brownies, and more,  are found on land, in nature, while Merfolk such as Mermaids and Undines are in water.  Like all Fairy Folk, they live in different realm and they can move back and forth between these two world’s, but most people cannot.  Creating a door can open this portal at their discretion. You can leave messages, presents and other goodies for them at the door where they will discover them, and they can leave things for you.  The most important thing is that you must believe in the Wee Folk for them to interact with you.

Your Dragon Lair Door Kit comes with a your Door, a little bottle of Sea Fairy Dust to invite a mermaid into their new home, a couple of message scrolls for sending messages back and forth and a key that is used to indicate when your invited creature arrives.  There are even instructions to outline how to use these items.

Each piece is hand made, hand stamped, hand glazed, so there will be imperfections, vary in presentation and no two are alike. We use a cone 6, natural stone like clay with a final firing temperature of 2167 degrees, making it exceptionally strong and resistant to chips.  It is also incredibly weather resistant and can tolerate a wide temperature change.  The colors will not fade with age.
