Adorable little set of eyes peeping out from your plants and garden are whimsical and fun.  These come in a set of four assorted sizes for variety.  It is always surprising to work in your garden and see a tiny set of eyes looking at you, knowing they are keeping an eye on your plants.
Jeepers, Creepers, Where’d you get those Peepers?   (Only those older folks get this!)
These are hand made out of high fire clay and won’t crack, chip or be damaged (unless an elephant steps on them!).  They are shaped. stamped and fired to over 1900 degrees into bisque, then glaze applied and refired to 2167 degrees.  These guys are strong and resistant!  Because of this method of making these Fairy Peepers, you can leave them outside and they will be just fine.  Like a stone, they are resilient and will not mold, crack or fade.
We do NOT include the bamboo stick due to the added expense of shipping and you can decide if you want to use a tall or short stick, even cutting it down to the exact size that you want.
These arrive in a cute little kraft box that is perfect for gift giving.

Various designs and colors are used in these stoneware pieces. Because these are high fired pieces, they can be showcased in all weather— indoor & outdoor.  We refer to our pieces as “Legacy” because they are sturdy and timeless and each generation can add to the collection.
Each piece is tediously hand made by slabbing out the clay, imprinting the designs, cutting the pieces and then putting the pieces together   Once dried they are cleaned and fired into a hard bisque so they can then be glazed with various colors and then fired a final time.  Because it will be one of a kind, no two are exactly alike.  This entire process can take up to 2 weeks so custom orders can add time to your order.
The listing parameters on these don’t allow fractions, the plates and bowls are 3/4″ and the bowls are 1/4″ high.  Disregard the listing sizes please.
I usually have many of these in current stock.  Rarely does it take 2 weeks, but that is worst case scenario, starting from a block of clay to completion.
